I’ve spent my career at the intersection of science, entrepreneurship, and corporate innovation, building over 20 years of expertise in turning innovative ideas into real business or scientific outcomes.

I began as a scientist driven by curiosity and a passion for solving meaningful problems. Later, as a founder, I built a startup and completed a successful exit, learning what it truly means to grow, pivot, fail, and win. After the exit, within corporate organizations, I created and led scientific, R&D, and engineering teams in software and AI development, automation systems, and embedded systems.

As a CIO, CEO, and Board Member, I guided organizations through uncertainty and helped transform new concepts into scalable ventures. By creating and leading a Corporate Incubator, I supported idea originators and an organization of more than 2,500 employees in defining and turning innovative ideas into real business value.

Across my roles, I’ve leveraged deep industry knowledge to create substantial impact in sectors such as automation, intralogistics, digitalization and AI, software development, e-commerce, plywood and furniture manufacturing, automotive, aviation, and fit-out. 

I have defined and executed R&D projects exceeding 50M PLN. Through my proprietary innovation development methodology, my team and I have recently submitted five projects to NCBiR, four of which received funding. 

My founder’s mindset fuels my passion for empowering people, and my corporate and entrepreneurial experience enables me to turn ideas into value and scale businesses to new heights.

I am also an active academic lecturer (e.g. MBA, EMBA) and scientist (co-author of more than 70 scientific publications), including serving as Head of the Research Team for AI and Humanoid Robotics Applications Laboratory. I work with young people to grow their creativity and support student scientific groups. I am involved in numerous social initiatives aimed at strengthening the innovation ecosystem and promoting innovation, science, and STEM education, e.g. XChallenge competition, Foundation for the Promotion of Education at the Aviation Valley Association, conference How Artificial Intelligence Is Transforming Polish Business. I am also a member of the AI Committee at the Polish Chamber of Commerce and the Lean Learning Academy at Rzeszów University of Technology.
